What is the origin of the name "Preußischer Hof "?
- According to deliveries, one of the forefathers was taken prisoner in the war Bavaria against Prussian in 1866. After his return he was called the "Preuss" (the "Prussian").
- But it is also possible that the colloquial speech characterized the name "Beim Preussla": The employees of the construction of the Werra-railway used to go to our house and because the trains from Coburg were called "the Preussla" the restaurant got the same name as well .
